I finally arrived at Koreatown Plaza Mall because I had seen and heard so much about them from Tik Tok! I keep hearing about how the food is amazing here and I had to try it. I'm honestly not to keen on Korean food, but one thing I'm sure that I love is Jjajangmyeon, or black bean noodles! So I spotted this place and ordered from them, I was with another person and we ordered their black bean noodles, the spicy noodle soup (forgot name, sorry), and their steamed dumpling buns. The lady who was taking our order didn't seem very happy to see us for some reason, she kind of seemed like she wanted us to leave as soon as possible. The food came out relatively fast, which was awesome! My black bean noodles tasted just okay. I thought it lacked a little salt, maybe? I couldn't really taste the sauce that much but it wasn't bad. The portions were very large for what you paid for. I tried the bun and it was okay, it had decent flavor but it wasn't anything to write home about. The noodle soup broth, I tried a bit from my mom's bowl, it was good! I think our total was like $48 for everything. When we asked for containers to take the rest home since we ordered a lot, the cashier charged me fo

Kimchi dumplings were bomb 🔥🔥🔥and that’s saying something cause the chive and combination dumplings were also bomb, however the heavy favorite was Kimchi. The lady taking my order was so kind and great with recommendations and super patient. I’m Korean-American and my peoples are not known for great customer service, but let me tell you she is a jewel! I had to post her pic because she warmed my heart and fed me WELL.

The dumplings here are excellent, especially the chive dumplings and shrimp dumplings — they’re the best. Unfortunately, the seafood jjajang (black bean noodles) was the worst I’ve had in LA. I expected the jjajangmyeon to be at least decent since the dumplings were so good, but it was honestly disappointing. If you visit, stick to the dumplings — they’re definitely the highlight of this place. And whatever you do, do NOT order the jjajangmyeon.

This is located inside a Korean plaza in the food court. We decided to finally try this. The steamed shrimp dumpling is delicious but a bit spicy, for 8 pieces Ive paid $16.this came with pickled sliced radish and dipping sauce.Service is fast. They have different korean food- that Im excited to try next time.

I didn’t want to share but I would be gate keeping and doing a disservice to y’all lol. Love this spot! First time and only had these two items (fried dumplings and shrimp dumplings) which were delicious. I can only imagine trying the rest of the menu now lol. And such nice service!! Need it with the soy sauce dip.
